Since 2003, Christopher Noelle has been working under the artist name „TOFA“ as a freelance multimedia artist specialized in light painting. It is a special effect, which arises in photography by long exposure. Christopher combines practices of light, projection and fireworks with urban space.

Unter dem Künstlernamen „TOFA“ arbeitet Christopher Noelle seit 2003 als freischaffender multimedia Künstler mit Spezialisierung auf Lightpainting. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Spezialeffekt, welcher in der Fotografie durch Langzeitbelichtung entsteht. Christopher verbindet Praktiken aus Licht, Projektion und Feuerwerk mit urbanen Raum.
